Founder, Law Offices of Sadaka Associates
As founder of the Law of Offices of Sadaka Associates, Mark Sadaka is an accomplished trial lawyer whose practice specializes in complex litigation, consumer protection, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, product liability, and toxic tort. The firm focuses solely on socially important litigation — with its mission of upholding the view that large companies hold a social responsibility to each other when engaging in business transactions.
Mr. Sadaka’s firm, founded in 2008 and based in New York City, has represented both American and foreign companies in business disputes as well as thousands of individuals harmed by pharmaceuticals, medical devices and vaccines. Under his leadership, the firm has earned millions in settlements for clients in individual and class action cases involving wrongful death, and failure to warn about the side effects of specific products and drugs.
His expertise in both science and law makes Mr. Sadaka a highly valued, trusted counsel to his clients. Sadaka has a truly unique educational foundation that provides an unparalleled understanding of his craft.
Mr. Sadaka earned a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., and also holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans, La., and a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa.
